I don't know if it's theoretically possible to bleed at the point of conception, but I have never ever heard of this happening in all the pregnancy information I have read - which is a lot. So, I seriously doubt it. I can't even think of any reason that bleeding would occur at that point. And implantation doesn't happen for 6-12 days after conception. That's when you would expect to see bleeding, if any should occur (the majority of women don't experience this at all). Three days is too soon. The fertilized egg would not have had enough time to make the journey to your uterine wall and implant there.

But, you could have gotten pregnant from an earlier incident. Did you have sex within 6-12 days prior to when you started spotting?

Take a test when you are expecting your next period to come.

A lot of women will bleed if you forget too many pills. It's like when you stop them or take the sugar pills and you get your period. You should be more careful. Either use the pill properly or don't use it. It's not good to take the pill while pregnant, but you don't know for sure.

some women do spot after conception. I have a 6 month old and when you have questions during pregnancy, you have to understand that every woman is different. The best thing to do is to just take a test! (you have to wait about 5 days before your first missed period)
