If everyone spoke three languages, we can all translate for each other where ever we go because somebody will speak what you speak.

I presume you mean spoken or written language which would include the sign language used by the deaf.

We already do communicate without language on a pretty sophisticated level. Our body language communicates volumes. Any child upon entering the house knows without asking it it's a good time to ask for a privilege. You can tell if someone is ill or in distress or feeling on top of the world.

Will we ever be able to communicate complex ideas without language? I don't know. That's in the future and anything said about the future is a guess.
