Freddy...I think after he got finished trying to "do me in", he might be able to give me a few good jokes. He and I could maybe play pranks... Okay, this is really bad but what just popped into my head is that Freddy could be chasing someone around in his dream. I could be by the person's bed and put shaving cream on his hand (tickle his nose), put his hand in warm water, etc. Yeah, I know it's really juvenile..
I think Samara would just be a killjoy. She'd be like those kids you try to babysit that just suck all the fun and/or energy out of the room. Hanging out with her would probably want to make me put that tape on constant loop mode, lol.
