The smell of pine needles, turkey roasting and pipe tobacco because my Grandfather always sat and smoked his pipe after we finished with dinner and were opening presents.

Chestnuts roasting on an open fire, literally not the song. We used to roast them in the fireplace every Christmas when were kids.

Turkey in the oven mostly. But there may be a hint of
Frankincense, myrrh, donkey pee and a smelly shepherd
Grandma's turkey-sherry vomit.
Balloons :)
