the warning light is the engine management system could be a fuel fault the engine is on the get home mode which means it will only work for a short time,best thing is to put it on diagnostic machine to locate fault jock

Usually the engine light comes up when the engine management system alerts it, I'm not sure about the fan though. it means there is something wrong within your engin, try checking all your water, oil etc.levels first cuz it could be something as simple as that. If they are ok then i'm affraid you might have take it to a ford main dealers as a lot of garages aren't equipped or authorised to deal with zetec engines
