My four wheeler runs fine for about 3 minutes then starts bogging out and studering. It then only runs on full choke. Then it stalls after a while and wont start for a few mins

Vapor lock.

Bad gas cap breather?
Plugged fuel filter?
Pinched fuel line?

The carburetor isn't getting enough gas flow to it.......

I believe you have a carb float problem. sounds like the gas flow into the bowl is partially blocked.
