No, I don't think it is right to the person who gave it to me. I keep it even if I dont like it at all.

You bet! In the past, I've received things for wedding gifts like cheeses trays, food processors, an ugly bed linens that went to the pile for recycling. You just have to leave the tags on to remember who gave them to you! ;)

Sometimes. Only if they are something I already have or don't need, or too expensive for me, and only if I am sure that the other person will like it. My in-laws give me such junk!... I am very much tempted to wrap it up and present back to them one day! So far I just give it to the Salvation Army - cheap dollar stuff.
