I'm not a rager but my mom is and man, I've witnessed it big time. People practically knock each other down to get a good deal... Someone stole things out of our shopping cart once! Another elderly lady... elderly lady my god. She RAMMED ME with her cart on purpose then said if i wasn't there for the sale then i "shouldn't be in the f*ckin store" and she gave me the finger. What the heck is wrong with these people?!

Only bad kids acting up with their mothers. Most people at the supermarkets that I go to just look tired. They just want to get their food and go home. No one really has the energy (or incentive) to have any type of rage.

I haven't actually raged, but I live in a town with a lot of seniors. They think the grocery store aisle is the social centre of our town. I'll be trying to shop with my daughter and there is usually about 4 grannies standing right in the middle of the aisle yapping away, they act like they don't notice you trying to get through. Then if I say "excuse me" they give me a dirty look. It does irritate me.

Yes, on a Sunday morning. There were 2 lines open, one for express. No one in that line so I hurried to the ice cream and bought the sale ice cream (which is all I went into the store for and I went when it was early to avoid the crowds.)

I came back and a woman had a cart that was absolutely over-flowing in the express lane. (There was another woman in the other lane.) I told the shopper that this was the express lane and her words to me were..."Why should I have to wait?"

HOLY COW!!! I hope the witch stops at traffic lights....after all...WHY should SHE have to wait!?!?!?

I came very close to going "Postal" on the witch but I waited my turn and when I was to check out I told the clerk that I was going to go back and get ice cream that wasn't melted. Poor guy, he was really caught in the middle.

Peace.

Yes, when people just stand in the middle of the isle and talk. You know that they see that you want to get around them, but they continue to block the isle.I solve this problem by taking their shopping cart to the other end of the isle and just smile at them...

Yes. An I hated dealing with it so much that years ago, I started going @ like 2-3am. It is SO much better! The ppl working are a lot nicer, there's no lines, no kids, no ppl. =)
