nope. over the past year i have lost 20 lbs by working out and eating better. i had just started this routine last october and i behaved myself on thanksgiving. i plan to do the same this year. i got one helping of everything, but kept each side dish (rice, mac n cheese, dressing, etc) small. i ate my veggies first, meat second, and starches last. that way, by the time i got to the starches i was already full so i didn't eat a ton of them. i also am at a point now where being full is actually uncomfortable. i eat to get rid of hunger, not to feel full or bursting. oh, i also went for a walk with the entire family before dinner.

No. Well, it's too late, anyways. :D In canada, Thanksgiving is in the beginning of October.

EDIT: Oh.... I thought you meant DRESS UP AS A PIG, but you meant EAT LIKE A PIG. OH!! Well, in that case, I totally did!

Absolutely. And once again, my eyes will probably be bigger than my stomach. Two plates, of course. One for the hot and/or sloppy stuff. One for the lower temp stuff and sides. Maybe a second trip after a couple of hours, and the the worst... that food hangover feeling the next day.
