44 yo male, (17 years older than you) w/ 3 masters degrees.
Earns 60,000 a year as a teacher in the public sector.
Wears a suit everday, has all the expensive gadgets (3 digital cameras, iphone, ipod, macbook pro, large lcd tv's) Takes pictures of you on his iphone everytime you show up at his job for a special project once a week.

If he asks you out would you be interested?

He also uses dirty language on the phone after speaking to you just once he used words like. the P word.

He's been divorced 2 or 3 times. And he's already told you her wants to be married.

I found myself repulsed!!!

I know this seems like a Singles & Dating question, But I respect your opinions better!

I would understand the repulsion! Sure he has all the little toys but they all non-athletic! At 44 y/o he should be slowing down, and he hasn't even gotten his speed up! Obviously his "turn on" is visual, eye candy, so how is this going to affect a relationship with him. In a word "negatively"! He has 3 masters degrees and he makes as much as I do, and I don't have a Bachelors! (I'm Not Looking!!!) He should be bringing down at least $100,000. His toys deal with high tech computers, mine are Jet ski's, para gliders, and race bikes. What I am saying is you are at least 27 years young. Go after someone with some life! Stay with someone at least 10 years closer to your age.

Nothing wrong with the age difference. To me, age is just a number. I'm 44 as well. But the way your describe how he acts should make you think twice. Something doesn't sound quite right with him.

try a meal with him to get a better idea. dont give him any suggestion you want more than friendship and see what he's like.only you can make the decision based on how he makes you feel. if the language or his actions repulse you then there is nowhere to go.

I think I'd avoid him as far as dating goes....Might be best to keep a fine line between you both and remain friends if anything. He sounds harmless enough but his track record with women seems shakey,I'd want to know more about him in time.Thats just my opinion though..=)

I'd say give it a try.. it's not gonna hurt.. just make sure he's not a serial rapist or something :D

To the person above me:

The P word refers to a woman's vagina, or a PUSSYcat :o)
