Hi Wisdom.
It would depend upon the person.
Some people have wrong imaginings, wrong thoughts & wrong views about almost everything. These people are usually considered to be insane, having delusions about what goes on within himself and/or around him, in the world.
That type of person would, most likely, not be able to take care of himself properly & would need psychiatric help, or even hospitalization.
Other people could pass for normal, but think completely differently from everyone else. We often see this in people who become serial killers or terrorists, etc.
Now, even regular, healthy people will occasionally have wrong feelings & views; it happens to all at times. However, the sane, virtuous person will recognize that his thinking is a little "off," maybe not right away, but soon enough. Being a healthy person who wants to live a good life, he will realize what he was thinking was wrong & will change that way. It may take some prayer, some meditation; but the virtuous self will rise to help change the wrong thoughts, views & imaginings.
If everyone went around thinking everything wrong, there would be utter chaos. The world would be out-of-control. To an extent, it already is, but far from completely. There are still many good people out there who are trying to make a difference & change the things that are wrong.
We see more of what is wrong because that is what the media thrive on; TV, radio & newpapers all show the terrible things that happen. Hardly ever do they show the good that is being done — that would not be "entertaining" news. So, the people are left to believe that we are on the brink of utter disaster. We are not; there are far too many good people trying to make a difference.
So, basically, if we are sane, we come to know what is right & what is wrong, especially if we spend time studying virtue. So, when our imagination gets the better of us or our thoughts become negative, we can bring ourselves back to where we know we should be
Most important — is not to let those wrong thoughts & feelings turn into wrong actions! As I said, everyone will sometimes have wrong thoughts, etc.; we just do not act on them. We use self-control & guard ourselves from improper behavior — if we want to do so. If we do not want to, then we are not good people or sane people
This is why it is so important to pray & meditate on virtue & try to practice these virtues. We can't be expected to get them all right at such young ages. We wil get better at it as we continue to get older and wiser.
Peace.

I think that is what keeps balance in life. Everyone is entitles to theire own opinion, right? Then why would it be any more wrong to have these certain imaginations, thoughts or views. I think it all boils down to whether or not you play out or implement these into your natural everyday life.

Wrong/Right imaginations,thoughts,views.
I think we can not control what thoughts, or images that flow in and out of our minds, It would matter what action we take upon such. As to our views thinking that may mean opinion,
Some opinions are mine set, other then what works for me,
my truth, I pray to stay open minded, never say never, as to some, what I think today I may not think tommorrow. Depending on changes, and people, places, things.

Nothing. How would we know? If we're all completely wrong, then that may as well be right. We can't know or experience anything outside our own perceptions, and if we are completely in error then we wouldn't be able to tell and it would make no discernable difference. We would still do the same things, the same way. Occams Razor kind of makes the whole issue a moot question.

In Bhagavad Geeta Lord Krishna has said
"Sanshayatma Vinashyati".
Which means one who has wrong imaginations, wrong thoughts and wrong views (and does not change) GETS Destroyed.

I doesnt really matter if we are wrong, i think the world is baseless anyway, and my friend tells me that we can do whatever we want, since we are here...do something with being here while we still can...I also think that we create meaning for ourselves from what we do, but if im wrong, then a calamity would have to happen to shake my thoughs and ideas...And if i did find out its wrong(i think we are free to think whatever we want, but im too liberal), its either turn emo or goth like i claim myself to be, or find it again like an optimist would do.
(To be honest, I have no idea what im saying, but im saying what came to me in the 5 minutes i spent here)

Then we are still wrong despite even if everyone had the same wrong view. Right and wrong are not subjective.

It can lead us in very unproductive directions, or worse yet get us into trouble. Even then, we still have a choice to change our imagination, thoughts and world views.
