I have a Christain Arab friend who lives in Jerruselm and he has giving me insight in the Arab Ireal conflict. I feel it is wrong for Isreal and the United States not to accept a Democractic ellected Humas governement rather they recognise Isreal or not the people freely voted for this governement.

I don't in any way condone what Humas has done but if the people voted them in we should accept thier deciscion. \As for as sending children into battle all freedom fighters do this. Is it right I feel it isn't.

First I want to add imp not anti Jewish I am just stating a fact that we must recognize the fact that the palenstiines elected their choice. I’m not saying we should support them financially but we must recognize their choice.
I believe that Israel should give them their independent sate and if they attack Israel they should return fire.
For the Humus to win I think it I a result to the suffering the people are feeling at the hands of Israel.

As far as Arabs & Isralis are concerned, they both are nutters! neither side does the right thing. But the one sided support by the US is definetly wrong.

Hamas, even when elected, doesn't act like a legitimate government but continues attacking Israel's civilian population. No country can accept that kind of action on the part of its neighbor; either Israel surrenders to Hamas, or fights back. Now, many countries would just take over the neighboring threat, and eliminate the offending state. Is that what Israel should do?

Oh, they accept the fact that Hamas was democratically elected.

And that is precisely the problem. Them being elected doesn't mitigate the problem of THEIR EXISTENCE. The fact that Hamas still exists and is a terrorist organization means they present an existential threat to Israel. Saying that Israel should negotiate with an organization that a) doesn't even recognize their existence and b) wants them destroyed and c) is blatantly anti semitic just because they are elected is sort of like saying that the Allies during WWII should lay down their arms and negotiate with Germany because Hitler was the "legitimate" leader of the Germans.

Here is another thing to ponder: If the Palestinian people elected Hamas as their majority government, doesn't that mean that they agree with their agenda?

You're right, Humas fight for their people and U.S and Israel wants Palestine people salve before them. It don't matter to U.S or Israel how humas got elected, all they care about if they obey them if not they got problem. It's like this , Either it's my way or the high way. U.S and Israel don't care about other people in the world all they care about their will to enslave all the people in the world and steal their resources.

So if the national socialist party came to power in Germany again tomorrow running on a platform of exterminating political and religious dissidents, we should readily recognize them? Think about it more clearly. Hammas has a track record of being terrorists. I can't remember any recent news stories about the Israelis sending kids to their deaths with bombs attached to their chests.

I don't condone a lot of Israels actions, but they are not terrorists. If other countries in that region would have left them alone all these years there would have been no problems.
