I can remember when we used to get it delivered straight to our door, seems sad that it doesn't happen anymore what do you think?

We do not have milk deliveries here, much to my dismay, and i also used to like the pint bottles of orange that they sold.

Well dear, I can remember the milkman, but I am amazed that you had a milk man, England must is so different that the USA, we haven't had milkmen here for decades....at least not where I live.....yes, I miss, him, and the glass bottles, I think milk always tasted better in those glass bottles

Yes, I miss the milkman but I don't miss the pesky birds pecking the top and nabbing the cream. Sods! That was the best bit on my Coco Pops!

We still get early morning delivery of our milk everyday from the `milkman`.

we still have them around where I live but strangely enough I do not use him as I go to supermarket often enough and get a six pinta .
Pretty sure there are not many left, we live quite rural so i guess they still have a good business really

my mam still gets her milk delivered but i miss the glass bottles-its all cartons now
