unfortunately Id have to say our president. technically we are the most powerful nation(or at least for now anyway) and this idiot thought it would be a brilliant idea to start a war for no good reason. but good new though, in a year we'll have a new one.(and hopefully one who'll use their common sense, their critical thinking skills and who will know how to speak proper english.)
