I wanted to early this morning. My phone, internet, and cable are bundled together through Cox Communications. I had no internet service so I called to see what the problem was. The guy stated my service had been disconnected but he was not sure why and yes people, I had paid the bill. lol.I asked if him if he could please activate my internet service and he told me he couldn't. I told him that was rididculous, that there was an error on their part, why in the world disconnect the one and not the other two, if it was suppose to be disconnected. He said he didn't know. I asked to speak to his supervisor and after hour and a half, they finally restored my internet service and apologized.

I usually want to slap my oldest sister. She's a real pain.
I hope nothing like what happened to you happens to me. I have my services bundles thru Comcast. I've had good luck so far.

Ooooh, we've had some days like this recently. Mama's working tons of overtime, and bottle-weaning wasn't going so well there for a while (better now, though), and our house has been completely torn apart because we're working on it. Yeah, it happens. Don't beat yourself up over it! You're allowed to get aggravated once in a while! If I were to put a number on the amount of times I feel like I'm at my wits end within a month... probably once or twice. I honestly feel like I'm pretty good juggling it all, but there's that one day or two where it just feels like *nothing* is going right.

Yes, we have all felt like it at one time or another. I actually did something to one guy once when they called my mothers house on a telemarketing sales call and were very rude to my mom when she called back from their message. I found out there address and they were in town. I went there and yelled at the guy in front of al his employees. Did not hit him, but I was angry enough to do so. I guess it helped me that I am a big man and was wearing my army jacket. LOL They all looked worried like I was gonna go postal on them. Hahahahah I honestly thought that some of those people that worked there quit that job that very same day. No kidding, you should have seen their frightened faces. Wow. hahaha
Hey, sorry about your trouble too. I think we have all had problems with our cable/Internet service providers where we wanted to either tear our hair out, or reach through the phone and strangle someone, especially after going through voice mail hell prompts forever.

Welcome to the world of big business. They are trying to save a buck by using the least qualified person available to pay minimum wage to. Usually you talk to someone who is in another country like India, who has a hard time speaking as well as understanding the english language. I'm glad your service was restored, but only because you were aggressively persistent! ღ♥ღ♥ღ

Today I had a similar problem. I was supposed to meet my friend for lunch. Well I get there a little early, and she calls me exactly when we were supposed to meet, said she couldn't make it and promplty has to go. I wanted to kill her. Still do as a matter of fact.

I feel like that almost everyday! I get lots of calls for donations to various organizations and they do not know how to take "NO" for an answer. I hate to be rude to anyone but I sometimes just hang up on them.
