Undigested food? Do you mean indigestion/heartburn? Or is she throwing up undigested food?

Any concerns with a pregnancy should be referred to a doctor, but if it's indigestion/heartburn you are actually talking about, then it's common and any over the counter heartburn remedy should give relief, visit the pharmacy and speak to the pharmacist.

If it's heartburn then that is a common sympton of last trimester pregnancy. Tell her to chew some gum and take a walk. I had really bad heartburn with my second pregnancy and this helped.
Also, eat smaller meals through out the day, and don't lay down right after eating.
Also, morning sickness can come back in the last three months. If it's really starting to concern you take her to her OB/GYN.

Hi, Is she suffering with heartburn during her pregnancy? my daughter is the same she is 37 weeks pregnant and is fed up of getting up in the night with heartburn. Gaviscon is good, and my daughter drinks milk and eats a lot of yogurt because it eases her heartburn. Heartburn in pregnancy has something to do with the baby pressing on the diaphragm, and it does not go away until the baby is born.

I'm really not sure what you are asking here. Is it indigestion & heartburn she is suffering from?

Drink more water, eat slowly. Avoid caffeine, fatty foods and snacking on junk food. Eat more fruit and veggies.

the best advice is..ask her doctor. there are many medications that can help. most likely this is the result of the baby growing and pressing on her stomach...very common.
