Alabama outplayed LSU the entire game and the only reason they lost was because of John Parker wilson and the refs overturning 5 of 6 big Bama plays that were reviewed.
I say Bama over auburn simply because Auburn really didn't show anything against LSU except that the Geaux (gay) tigers are extrememly overrated and should not be in the top 5.
LSU barely scrapes by with the gators. Then they lose to Kentucky. Then they barely scrape by with auburn and then barely get one over on Bama thanks to the Refs.
They are losers this season and only because the rest of their schedule is weak will tehy remain where they are at. Shame on the AP and coaches poll for not looking at everything except the beginning of the season.

i will take LSU over both of them, lol. Nah jj, auburn. Man, you are smoking crack when you say bama outplayed LSU the entire game. Which game were you watching?
LSU was dominant on the stat sheet beyond its litany of mistakes, outgaining Alabama 475-254 in total yards. The Tide also went three-and-out on six possessions.
Sure, Bama played good enough defense to intercept 3 passes, but LSU shot themsleves in the foot with all the penalties.
You are crazy as hell if you think LSU is overrated. The SEC is the best conference and you never know who is going to win 1 game from the next. LSU is the ONLY team in the conference with 1 conference loss. No matter how you look at it, LSU as W's over all the close games except Kentucky, but again, they are W's and not L's.
LSU is #2 and if they win out, they will smash the girls from Ohio. So who really cares about the iron bowl? LSU LSU LSU LSU LSU

At this point in season for either team it dont matter except for recruiting. Both shoulder 3 loses at this point. Could see both teams finishing with 4 loses. And then the question is...why in the world does the Cotton Bowl want a 4 loss team?
