Why don't you try a well known person from you city?
You have TV & radio personalities. They are always in the market for worthy charitable events and such.
Try the mayor or chief of police or firemen. I'm sure there is someone right there in your community.
And this won't cost you a cent. If you want a "hollywood" type, plan on paying big bucks.
Good luck.

Find something they've done. If it's a movie, then you find out what studio made that film. If it's a TV show, then you use the network. If it's a book, then you use the publisher.
Now, you contact whichever one of those released the item. You mention you want to find out the contact information for that person's agent. You may have to make multiple calls or you may have to wait to be called back, but if you don't get a quick response (like within 1 day or less) you presume they are ducking you and you keep trying.
Then if you get the agent's contact information, you call, get the secretary, and ask for their address, and write to them (unless you have a very large budget to pay them, you're probably not going to get the agent on the phone).
