Two books that i found very helpful & informative are "The endometriosis sourcebook, by Mary Lou Ballweg" & "Living well with endometriosis, by Kerry-Anne Morris". Also look on the net for David Redwine who is a leading American Dr / researcher in Endo.

The book by Dr. Redwine is more designed for surgeons to learn more about excision of endometrial implants.

The book by Kerry-Ann is an excellent book and explains things very simply.

Hi, I used to be identified with endo final 12 months. After I had an inner test I had a laparoscopy and likewise had a mirena coil outfitted so now my intervals have virtually stopped and are very gentle. If you do want a laparoscopy make certain you've gotten no less than every week off paintings - I went again after three days and made myself particularly in poor health. The laparascopy wasnt terrible - it used to be key gap surgical procedure however my tummy used to be sore for approximately 10 days. feeling lots greater now
