Feng Shui but this is really complex and isn't just about furniture. It's about where the stairs are in relation to the front door, where the doors are in relation to each other and it goes on and on and on. If you really want to do things the Feng Shui way I would buy a book on it because if you half do it it won't work and if you do it all absolutely correctly it probably won't work either but it may be fun trying!!!!

Feng Shui
In ancient times as well as today, Feng Shui, (風水) pronounced in English as [fÊÅ'Êweɪ] ("fung shway"), was known as "Kan-Yu" which means 'The Law of Heaven and Earth.’ Today's Feng Shui schools teach that it is the ancient Chinese practice of placement and arrangement of space to achieve harmony with the environment. Feng shui literally translates as "wind-water."
