The best movitivation is a visual one. Use something that you would like to see yourself in. A dress or a pair of pants. Hang them up someplace where they will be visible. As you get closer to your goal and you start fitting in the outfit it will help to keep your motivation going to reach the weight that you would like to finally be at.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. Draw a picture of a pendulum that swings round and round , and scratches the sand underneath of it . Then show the progression as it inches its way to the cinter , .. The perfect circle is what your after , if you try to hurry it to the center ,,, it will swing back out in a whole new patern that will eventualy go back to the same swinging patern you were in before the big rush , consistency,, slow and steady will get you where you want to be faster then any hurry you could ever be in . take your time , the boy your looking to get right now is not giong to be worth upsetting the pendulum over , if he's worth having ,he will be there till you acheive your goal,,,

Omg!ok i think you should write "I'm fat and there is not a man out there for me...."but thn again when i think about it some BIG girls do get guys but you can still write tht and thn you can get a full body picture of you and put it on the board and thn cut a picture from the magazine about the size you want to be and put it next to yours and write goal next to it and keep taking pictures of yourself and weighing yourself and see if theres any difference.my friends sister did it and worked big time but i dont know about you...you might be different!but i hoped this helped and i hope you reach you goal! :0

The next smaller dress size or the next smaller waist size. Don't set a large goal, set very small steps & don't check more often than once every 2 weeks or a month.
