3/4 inch pressure treated plywood should do the trick. Let me ask you, why are you using plywood? I would use decking, that way water won't gather and sit on top of your porchfloor. You have to think about drainage.
Also, what is code in your area? I would check with the building inspectors office before you do anything.

I don't think you'll be happy with plywood, even the treated stuff, as a porch floor... it's going to split apart eventually, and even if you are careful about slope to keep water from standing on it, in time, it's gonna get ugly..... agree with the other fella about the decking being a better choice....

Use at least 5/8 or 3/4 & also use deck screws that are coated to have a good bond

3/4" and use deck screws to fasten it down. after about a month you will want to paint it or use a presevative on it.
