When they plainly know that anything that is bought from these countries is open to customs taxes and these sellers plainly breach Ebay circumvention of fees rules by selling for pennys and charging 20 times this for P+P. It seems Ebay are very hypocritical over their rules to suit their own coffers!!!

Its all about money. Have you seen how many sellers there are from China/Hong Kong? Thousands ands thousands. eBay makes money everytime someone posts an item, imagine how much they'd lose if they banned them.
What amazes me is that some people must actually buy the things for the Chinese/Hong Kong sellers to keep posting the items.
