As they say, this depends entirely where you are from. It is your home countries rules that matter.

Are you referring to duty free or "duty paid" - though cigarettes in Cuba don't have duty as such.

I hope you are not planning to buy Popular unfiltered though - possibly the cheapest cigarettes in the world, at about 3 packets for the equivalent of $1.

Did you know that most cigaettes sold in Cuba are made by a joint venture with the Brazilian arm of tobacco giant BAT ?
