hello my name is chris. I have an answer for you. you see what you have is one part of the shoe rubbing agianst another part. unless you meant shoes squeak on the floor. thats a good thing. if you shoes make a noise simple. spray them with "spray silicone" from the auto parts store. each piece that is rubbing. will then be "slippery". and slide and rub . without a noise.
there you go . spray silicone. find it under lubricants. or by the car wax. NOt by the oil. Never put oil on it. only silicone or wax.

when you get new shoes they'll squeak a little. go for a quick run and stomp the boots hard on the ground (but don't get them scuffed or dirty). then if you have time pour water into the shoe and let it soak in. then let it dry (in Australia you can leave them outside and they'll be fine, if you're in a colder/wetter climate try an oven i guess.
This honestly works for me and seems to make my shoes last longer. but don't leave your orthodics in them when doing it.

buy some boiled linseed oil from a cricket or sports shop and rub it into the leather, this will stop the squeak.
