For those who do not know what the Military Extraterritorial Jurisdiction act says it means in short this: Because Bush is commander-in-chief he is responsible for all the crimes committed by his subordinates in Foreign land. In effect, Bush can be tried right here in the US under the Federal Criminal code for the crimes committed in Iraq. I usggest we reactivate the Independent Counsel law, empanela a Federal grand Jury , and send supoenas duces tecum to the Bush White House and give them Use Immunity under Title 18 section 6002, there fore Bush and his Cohorts will have to stand trial in the US for war crimes and other offenses committed in Iraq. The Federal District Court has Jurisdiction to try Bush and Col for all cirmes: Please read the links above. Thanks!
