I feel so hurt and not able to cope but it was all my fault 2yrs ago had a fling and got caught i deeply regreted it he didnt deserve it. He has been trying to get me back but he had to many issues wouldnt let me live it down. The fling has been in and out of jail abusive to me now hes out and i cant get him out of my life so my ex is now with my sister.

Oh my, you have gotten yourself into quite a pickle, haven't you?? OK, lets start at he beginning, you had a fling while you were married?? Right? If the fling has been in jail, I don't think he is the one for you. Do you really want to deal with someone that breaks the law? Or do you?? Okay, is this what I am understanding with your Question? Is your fling and your husband two different people.? Huh? The fling wants you back and the X is with your sister? I really don't know what to say, unless I have completely misread your question, I am so confused right now. Only thing I know to say is forget the fling, forget the X and move on. You deserve better in your life and the only way you are ever going to get it is to demand it...

I'm so sorry to hear about that sweet heart even my husband was interested in me sister as well . The only thing you can do is to have nothing more to do with your sister and cut her off she has betrayed you permanently disown her but feel sorry for her she is such a fool as she will find out exactly what he is like and 6 months down the line he will be on the street.
It is so unfair this has happened to you and i can sympathise your ex sounds a complete bastard and your better off without him.
Good for you for getting out of such an awful relationship I'm in the same relationship as you were now and am completely trapped my husband even wrote to a solicitor that he thought I was using to act against him he said to the solicitor in question i was schizophrenic shows what a bastard he is as well.
Don't worry every cloud has a silver lining this experience will teach you and help you and you will meet someone really nice and who will treat you right .

First, get rid of the abusive fling. HE WAS A FLING! Leave him that way. YOU CAN DO IT.
As for the ex with sister, I'm sorry. Regardless of the situation, pretty sh!tty sister to date your exes. Shows she has NO respect for you. Blood should be thicker than water.

You reap what you sow. If you want the fling out of your life, get a restraining order againist him. Move if you have to. Sorry, but your sister must have known you had a good man, and you where to blind to see it. You lost in the game you where playing, and I don't think you will ever be able to change the turn out.

what is your question are you jealous of the sister or mad he went to her?
as he is in your life (the ex) then just try to b friends with him if you can and have a happy full life
