To not keep a promise made it is to me like not being human anymore. That's the biggest mistake someone could to in his life.
People that don't keep promises are not people anymore. For example, I can't be friend with somebody that broke his promise. I never did this and I'll never do it, because is the most ugly thing in the world. So be careful what you say, to not regret it later.

Yes, because I am careful not to promise unless I am quite confident I can keep the promise. I don't count any promise extracted without my consent.

Yes, always keep your promises and commitments. Else, do NOT make them, no one's asked you to! You may even lose your self-awareness and all esteem (self and social) if you have holes in your integrity, gaping at you from within yourself!
