sesarch for the file by using the search feature in windows..
then delete it

some system files are hidden
you must to delete them in dos
but if u do that your pc doesnt boot in windows anymore

you don't need to because it's not there in the first place. (windows can mess up things very well ya know)
Just refresh that folder/file/whatever
