yes, although you can get the translator headphones.

and Emi is right. Disney Sea is WAAYYYY better than Tokyo Disney,although it doesn't have Soarin', which means CA still has a teeny leg up on it.

Actually, they are all in English that doesn't quite match the lips of the speakers, and everyone is fitted with a pair of special 3-D goggles that automatically run Japanese translation at the bottom like on CNN.

Duh. The whole park is in Japanese.

I did see the Toto show in the Wizard of Oz land at Universal Studios Japan where the foreign Dorothy only spoke English.

not really, it's half and half, it's understandable because there are alot of tourists in Japan that wants to vist Disneyland. by the way, when you go, go to Tokyo Disney Sea also! it is soo much fun! i personally think it's better than california adventure in California!
