i might not say blame, maybe the more responsible. I would say; there is no pusher, if there is no user.

If a person doesn't really want to take drugs even it cause his life, then there will be no pusher.

Like a cigarette, there's is no company who will make cigarrettes, if there is no one will buy it. The tabacco company will end up to close his business because no one buy it.

I hope no offence to anyone. This is the truth.

The user.
It's a supply and demand type thing.
If a person wouldn't demand it, the pusher would not have to supply it.

Both are to be blamed. The drug pusher for being an a**hole for selling out drugs to cause addiction and the drug user for being dumb by buying the drugs.

drugs are unlawful... The sellers are bringing in mass parts. supply up the mass inflow and the shortcoming of lives and destroyed families will lessen. Getting the only guy or woman with a small volume does no longer something. via the way, speedy nutrients places are being attacked for their fat and greater suitable great parts. human beings prefer and prefer the fast nutrients companies in this speedy paced worldwide.. yet we are hoping the nutrients will no longer kill us.

They are both weak. But one is getting richer and one is getting poorer. The greater fault is on the dealer because he has created an addict that needs him.

Both... however, I feel worse about the supplier... the user is generally a sick individual and needs help.
