Avion? As in airplane? You know, par avion... Please, reconsider. Um, Inez is a Spanish FEMALE name, please reconsider that also. :) If you like the 'X' sound I'd suggest
Malachi Xavier
Malachi Xander
Xavion and Xavius have too much of a fantasy flair to them, I think. Malachi is a good given name though. Malachi Alic is my favourite too, but I'm not entirely sure if that pronouciation is suggested by the spelling. It's always a bit of a hassle if the spelling doesn't match the pronounciation. Go for a short 'I' with the stress on the first syllable. I think the whole name Malachi Alic Williams flows better that way as well. Nice name!
Out of the girl's names I prefer Nadja, although the pronounciation would normally be [nad-yah]. Safiya is a pretty name, but it might be a bit foreign, if the baby has 100% English speaking roots. Safia would be nice as well. Vreni I think is a bit over the top with that spelling. If you like the sound of it, why not just spell it Varene? Much easier for everyone. Also if you pick a foreign/exotic given name, choose one that is more traditional to balance it out. Otherwise it can be overwhelming. All in all, you have picked out some interesting names.

What nationality are these? And is the second boy name pronounced Mal a ki if so I vote that one for the first and then either avion or xavion for the middle.
I really like the sonje for the girl too and the middle name vreni is cute. Very original names. I made my son's name up Brydan. I love the original names, but are you decent from where these names are from? Good luck with your decision!

So what's your question again? Ideas for baby names?
I like old Serbian names such as "Sladana" or "Branka"
Sarita is another one though I'm not sure of it's origin...
I like Vreni, Safiya sounds like a lot like Sophia or Sophie and I don't really like that name for some reason- reminds me of soap lol. It's a nice spelling though it has a very similar pronunciation
hope i've helped!

Nadja isn't german yet russian. no longer certain about Sonja yet i imagine thats no longer german both. Safiya has likely an arab starting place, yet no longer german. Vreni does sound german, yet more advantageous south german (bavarian), likely a short variety of Veronika, previous woman german names will be Wiebke, Margarethe, Hildegard, Erika, Anneliese, Hannelore etc.
