I use lotion, but I have to wash my hands alot at work.

Find some nice cotton gloves, some places even sell "spa gloves." Before you go to sleep at night use some heavy duty hand cream, and then wear the gloves while you sleep. It works wonders.

It's really thick, but a little goes a long way. And it works SO well on any super-dry skin.

my sister works in the kitchen at our hospital and she had the same problem... someone told her to put lotion on her hands before bed and then wear a pair of thin gloves all night -- i think she still does it

Use neosporin and Vaseline on your hands at night and put on a thin pair of gloves before bed. It will clear it up.

i would think just use a lot of hand lotion and really baby your hands good luck
