Defensive makes interception deep in his own emd zone and is later tackled down there, while tryeing to gain some ground... I think from what I saw watching games, that it' not a safety! If so, why not??

No. This is a touchback unless the defender who intercepts the ball comes out of the endzone, then goes back inside the endzone and gets tackled. Many times you'll see the defender take a knee, if he has no room to make the twenty yard return necessary to extend his field position beyond the touchback.

If he is judged to have been attempting to get out it should be I think..
Most of time even if player is running around back there, it will be ruled he downed it and hence a touchback,,, thinking that the other team should not gain points from being intercepted.

By NCAA rule you can run around in the endzone trying to get out, but if you do not break the plane and you are tackled in the endzone it is by rule a touchback.

CHB is also correct
