Actually breasts aren't made of ALL fat, they are made of fatty and DENSE breast tissue.

If you have more dense tissue you won't lose in the breast while losing weight.

If you have more fatty tissue you will lose in the breast while losing weight.

The only way you'll know is if you lose weight, and see what happens to your breasts.

Get properly sized and wear a good supportive bra.

If you are overweight losing weight may help, but other than that, if you are at a good weight, the ONLY option is a breast reduction. I had to go this route.

the only realistic option is breast reduction surgery, everything else is just gimmick. and just a thought, ive never gone to a restaurant, ordered a steak and when given a 16oz cut, asked for a 12oz instead.

If you lose weight, your breasts will be the first things to show it. If that doesn't work, or if you don't want to lose weight, then get a reduction.
