First,why didn't you get her a small real ring?
I think she knows the ring is fake, she may be happy that you thought to buy her something. If she doesn't know it's fake and you keep using her for the sex , it's going to be a bad scene. Why do you have to tell her? It's going to hurt her feeling and then she will loose trust in you. Buy her something to replace the ring, that shows how much you care, if you care.
