Yes - in fact a sleep specialist told me that I was entering the "dream" state without being physically asleep.
It first happened in boot camp - our outfit was marching alarm at 0-dark-30 in the morning, the CO called us to a stop... then, when he started us marching again, I SWORE I saw someone lying on the ground in front of me! I took this giant step to step over him and had to explain to my buds what I was doing.
Don't worry! It will pass once you get some rest.

i've got not ever truly gotten sleep paralysis different than as quickly as. Its no longer too creepy yet on the time i grew to become into terrified. nicely i grew to become into truly youthful (Like seven or so) and my Grandma worked at a place the place they made dolls (the actual porcelain variety too) nicely besides she could constantly make me dolls so I had a gaggle of dolls in this shelf that grew to become into on the wall precise for the duration of my mattress. One evening I awoke and that i see the doll's heads shifting (you recognize in frightening movie how "evil" issues pass? Like style of twitching in a manner?) nicely there heads have been twitching all around like they have been looking all over the room, it scared me so undesirable i attempted to upward push up yet i could no longer pass in any respect! After approximately 30 seconds each and every thing grew to become into established. It grew to become into truly strange yet being seven and seeing dolls shifting truly freaks you out!
