I want to get a "PERSONAL LOAN" BUT I do not know where to go to get one that is LEGITE. AND I am not about to look in the "yellowpages". My Question is who would I talk to about where to go to get it, How they work, ect....???? [ Would it be a personal finance agent for example???

Assuming that you are in the US:
Personal loans are tough to get as they are very risking. If you already have been with a local bank for while, check with them.
Bank of America offers them. Go to bankofamerica.com and search.
Two websites you may want to check out are Prosper.com or Lendingclub.com.
NOTE: Any "private lenders" who respond to your posting are scammers and are to be avoided.
