yesterday, there was meeting in istanbul that many states had participated in this meeting. but, Condi said nothing that it shows Bush's the middle east policy had been collapsed. every states have given importance of diplomacy , comminication. but Rice came to meeting very late and she did not want to take picture that all foreign members had joined. then, Abdullah Gül who is president of Turkey , requested her to join second picture. but, she unwilling joined picture. why ?

( addition: few days ago, I did big mistake that I did racism against black people. I had just aim to joke, but it was the nasty joke. I have no right to do this. I don't know. It sounds like a bit of Turkish anti-American propaganda to me, though after the antics of our congress over the past month, I can't say I blame anyone for it.
You're right, she was rude and insignificant.
