Week days I wake at 5:30am, no alarm clock, I just do. On Saturdays and Sundays it's 6:50am but I do have an alarm, it's called my dog and she is more precise than any clock. She knows what day it is and what time and exactly what she wants... a big long walk down to the shopping center to her favourite cafe. She doesn't bug me on week days, just keeps on sleeping.

7:30...full of snot...blew my nose, went back to bed, back up at 8 for another blow, then finally up at 9...put trousers on at 12:30, and now it's 12:45 and I'm typing this topless and in dire need of food ;-)
