If you remember who declared war in th e other wars, you'll see it was not all reps. this is a great country & it will always be if we honor God. "Righteousness exalteth a nation" Solomon.
People are going wild by this backbiting of th e president instead of praying , Our forefathers bled & died for the rights to keep our country clean & free.Dont blame the president. we are to blame too. we should be praying to get our job done in Iraq & then come home. Not cme home with our tails between our legs lilke dogs, that sends a bad name .
& our name WAS great for being a powerful blessed nation. Lets get busy & get it back that way, get ON YOUR KNEES NOW, if you will complain & gripe down there To God , it'll do a lot more good.

I live in Canada and things are booming here as well, like Europe and Asia. Our dollar is worth $1.07 US. I can remember just a few years ago when our dollar was worth only 63 cents US. But I hear that this is not only because the Canadian dollar is so strong, but also that the US green back is taking a beating against all currencies.
My ego very much likes having our dollar worth more, but the reality is that when America has an economic down turn, it hurts us aswell, since we are just 1/10th your size. Just 3 days ago, it was anounced that 1100 jobs at Chrysler were being eliminated at the plant in Brampton, outside of Toronto. Our manufacturing sector used to be competative because of our low dollar...not any more. I am myself out of a job anywhere between Dec and June because my plant is packing up and moving to Mexico. Which is fine for me because if we are going to seriously tackle the problem of carbon emissions, we are going to have to rely less on the automobile. The Asians make fuel-efficient cars. US auto makers are making bigger gas-guzzlers. Is there any wonder the US economy is hurting with this kind of backwards thinking?
Americans are very friendly and I would never wish anything bad on any of them because they are really no different than I am. But on the other hand, I have never liked Bush Jr since he stoled the first election. I am fine with Afghanistan, we have soldiers right in the thick of it ourselves. But I could never get my head around Iraq. How your nation could just sit back calmly and let this happen, and it's still happening. This un-just war is costing you all literally an arm and a leg. It is no wonder your economy is weakening and your dollar is falling with the leaders you have and the national debt climbing at such a rate.
I am not worried about the future because we have good social services in Canada. I plan to learn a trade that will make me more useful and I will jump back into this booming economy of ours....all except the manufacturing sector.

seen Kei is underground in JAPAN besides, why would it not is mainstream right here? the present band that has crowned the mainstream charts is the GazettE, and that i've got faith they are the only band that has for a loooong time that's seen Kei. I consider what the object says approximately mainstream American music, although. in the event that they have been attempting to get seen Kei mainstream right here, seen Kei isn't seen Kei anymore.

In what area are we falling?
Our economy is great, stock market at record highs, unemployment at record lows, home ownership all time high.
GDP is up, teenage pregnancy and abortion are down.
I think you need to be more specific about where you think we are going wrong.
The only part of America that seems to be declining is the belief that the USA, with all the freedom and opportunity that we have, is the greatest country in the world and that's why people risk their lives to make it to our shores.
Without that conviction in the hearts of all Americans, irregardless of who is President or who has the majority of congress, without that conviction we will be lost.

Relax chicken little, the sky is not falling.
Have you looked at some of the unemployement rates in Europe? Have you studied some of the human rights violations in Asia and how impoverished many of the people are over there?
Be careful. Chicken Little and all his little friends were eaten by Foxy Loxy when they rushed to conclusions and panicked.

Why is America falling like a rock?

BTW, Longhaired freak: America is a republic, not a democracy. Maybe that's why you're disgruntled.

That is your opinion. Tell us about your experiences in Europe and Asia from which you base your observation. I'd really like to hear about them.
Personally, I don't think we are falling like a rock and I don't see Europe rising (at least Western Europe). The baby boomer crisis is going to hit them even harder than here in the United States because of the extremely high level of social support payments that will become due.
The real "leeches" in American society are liberals who think stealing from workers to support their socialist agenda is right. The reality of it is that the liberals are the parasites that will suck this country dry.

America isn't perfect, but I wouldn't say it's falling like a rock, more like a feather, a slow demise.

The International Corporate Fascist Movement has removed the greatest obstacle to their conspiracy to dominate the globe; the Constitution.
Americans can now be brought to heel.
What is amazing is the people being most severely sodomized continue to support the sodomizers.
Pathetic really.
I don't like the falling like a rock metaphor. I prefer "America has been attacked by a giant swarm of fascist ticks."
