I have a dell inspiron E1505 notebook. Ok, when I have my notebook plug in to the outlet the screen monitor appears bright but when I unplug it from the outlet the screen don't look as clear and bright as before . Could someone advise me how to fix this problem?. Thanks in advance.. I approciate it!.

That's a good thing (and what it should be doing), it means that your screen will use less power on battery.

If you want the battery to run flat sooner you can adjust the power management settings so that it won't lower the brightness on battery or press whatever key combination is used to change the brightness of the screen.

Power Options in Control Panel, or look for Dell Power Management Software.

Somewhere there is a setting for AC and Battery
