my next door negabor has a 98 kia sportage the inside lights on the dash quit working and the tail lights didn't come on so i looked at the fuses and a 19 amp fuse was blown i replaced it and the lights worked two days later the fuse blew again. anyone have an idea? thanks alot

this was the first time i changed the fuse and when the new one blew i didn't put a new one in. her battery cables have corrusion on them could that be the problem?

Yea.If you keep changing the fuses without fixing the electrical short your going to burn up your neighbors car.

Check the ground connections!!
