The song is "Der Kommisar". It was originally done by Falco, but I'm sure you're referring to the 1983 cover by the one-hit-wonder After the Fire.

Lyrics:

Zwei, drei, vier
One, two, three
Its easy to see
But its not that I don't care so
'Cause I hear it all the time
But they never let you know
On the TV and the radio
She was young her heart was pure
But every night is bright she got
She said sugar is sweet
She come rappin' to the beat
Then I knew that she was hot

She was singin'
Don't turn around, uh-oh
Der Kommissar's in town, uh-oh
You're in his eye
And you'll know why
The more you live
The faster you will die

Alles klar, Herr Kommissar

[Instrumental Interlude]

She said, babe, you know
I miss Jill and Joe
And all my funky friends
But my street understanding
Was just enough to know what she really meant
And I got to thinking while she was talking
That I know she told the story
Of those special places that she goes
When she rides with the others in the subway singin'

Don't turn around, uh-oh
Der Kommissar's in town, uh-oh
And if he talks to you
And you don't know why
You say your life
Is gonna make you die

Alles klar, Herr Kommissar

Well, we meet Jill and Joe
And brother Herr
And the whole cool gang and, oh
They're rappin' here they're rappin' there
But she's climbin' on the wall
It's a clear case, Herr Kommissar
'Cause all the children know
They're all slidin' down into the valley
They're all slipping on the same snow

Hear the children
Don't turn around, uh-oh
Der Kommissar's in town, uh-oh
He's got the power
And you're so weak
And you're frustration
Will not let you speak
La, la, la, la, la, la

Don't turn around, uh-oh
Der Kommissar's in town, uh-oh
And if he talks to you
Then you'll know why
The more you live
The faster you will die

Don't turn around, uh-oh
Der Kommissar's in town, uh-oh
Don't turn around, uh-oh
Der Kommissar's in town, uh-oh
Don't turn around, uh oh
Der Kommissar's in town, uh oh

That's probably "Der Kommissar" which originally was done in German by Falco but became a hit in the US when After The Fire did an English-language cover of it.

The name of the song is "Falco" by the artist "Der Komissar". In the video, the komissar is running in traffic like an idiot singing away which was all well and good until 3:27 into the song he slipped and got run over by a dump truck.

How about this one by Tina Turner:

"Don't turn around
Cause you're gonna see my heart breaking
Don't turn around
I don't want you seeing me cry
Just walk away"

I still can't see how he got the word "colon", though...

Does he have the right words?

"Don't Turn Around" was first recorded (but not written by) Tina Turner in 1986. There also a reggae cover by Aswad and a pop cover by Ace Of Base.

This is the lyrics (off the Neil Diamond version):

"Der Komissar" by After the Fire. I did learn on Wikipedia that the late Falco did the song originally. I have Falco's "Rock Me Amadeus" on my iPod.

John won't let an opportunity go by that shows us that Jesus is God. He is omniscient -- He knows everything. He knew exactly what was going to happen, and He didn't wait for His enemies to get Him. He wasn't hiding behind an olive tree; he went out the gate and met them when they were on their way in. Christ was so humble and so willing in His self-sacrifice. Jesus initiated the confrontation, not Judas. Judas didn't even have an opportunity to open his mouth. He went out of the gate to meet them as they were coming to get Him. In His omniscience, He had seen Judas make his deal, He had seen them all leave Jerusalem, go down the hill, and then up the Mount of Olives. Then He walked right out and met them. This is the majestic courage of Jesus Christ. What magnificent boldness He displayed in going to the cross for us! "...Jesus saith unto them, I am He...." The "He" isn't present in the Greek. So Jesus just says, "I am." Whose name is that? It is God's name. "As soon, then, as He had said unto them, I am..., they went backward, and fell to the ground." Jesus wanted us to know Judas was there to show that Judas had no power. All Jesus had to do was say His name and they all went down. The other Gospels dwell on Jesus' agony -- on His knees on the ground in anguish. But not in John's Gospel. Jesus is standing and the whole Roman army is on the ground. Jesus Christ is God so they fell in fear!!!!!!!
