Plecos, in the wild, will eat snails, shrimp, crabs, and other invertebrates, so those are all good foods to start with (live Ghost Shrimp, store bought frozen or live crab, live snails) as well as frozen bloodworms. Keep in mind that Plecos need vegetable matter in their diets as well, like blanched lettuce, zucchini, and cucumber to keep them healthy and to keep everything "flowing smoothly".

Catfish don't really eat live food. They like planty stuff. But if you really wanna feed it live food, everything likes brine shrimp.

i would call the pet store to get an accurate answer. or maybe askthevet.com will have it for you. i had small cat fish i scooped up from the edge of a lake. i fed the fish pellets. the were about 1 inch long. maybe search wikipedia.com?

naughty naughty naughty...you should never, not ever get a pet that you havnt researched about first...many pets die early because their owner got them without knowing wht they were getting into...not even knowing what to feed it? you need to do some quick research now...
