That is a Parrot Cichlid... not an Orange Oscar... They can get a bit on the large side (8 inches) and are very messy, so they should really be in a tank no smaller than 30 gallons (preferably a 30 gallon long or even a 40 gallon). They are Cichlids, and can be a bit territorial, but their large lips really prevent them from doing much harm (other than to small fish like Neons which they can simply eat). Do not keep them with aggressive fish because the Parrot will have no way to defend itself.... Email me if you have any questions.
Soop Nazi
EDIT: The only fish with cheeks like that are certain Fancy Goldfish and Parrot Cichlids. Judging by the laterally compressed body, it isn't a Goldfish, which means it's a Parrot.

Neon tetra's are a vivid fish, yet they simply enhance right into a around 2". i like the flowery Tail Guppies their colours are great and that they provide delivery to stay babies (you will % a place for the babies to conceal or the mum and dad will consume them). yet another acceptable Fish is a purple tail black shark, they enhance to approximately 3-4" (they do no longer seem to be guy ingesting sharks) have exciting with installation the aquarium!
