They spawned, its been 4-5 days no fry. Eggs just relocated by female today and hidden under driftwood cave she made. Male stays in one location and is constantly being chased by female. Should I remove him? They are in a 30 gallon tank.

The female is just exhibiting her maternal instincts to protect her eggs. The fact that she relocated them and is still protecting them means that the eggs are still alive. She will only eat the eggs if they are dead, so there is no need to worry about her harming them. If she doesn't want the male in there, don't argue with her. Get the dad out; you can add him back to the tank after the fry are free swimming.
