what if a person wanted a divorce from their spouse so they can marry someone else but they wont sign?

You can be seperated forever....and still be married. You need to file for a divorce, go to court and get it granted.

Divorce must be agreed upon by both parties. If there is no signature to consent, there will be no valid divorce.
