I'm renting a room to a woman and she wants to have her uncle and aunt live with her for a couple of days.

How do I make a contract stating that if anything happens to the uncle and aunt in my property, I will not be held responsible.

Example: If the aunt fell on my property and broke a hip, I don't want them to sue me nor do I want to be held responsible.

Don't agree to the woman's request to have her aunt and uncle live in your property in order to avoid all the legal problems that might arise because of their presence in your house.
