That's when you stick somebody's head down the toilet and flush it.
It happened last week at a Beer Hall, someone was talking on the phone, then some tough guy came up to him and rammed his head into the phone a few times, then dragged him into the bathroom, put his head down the toilet and flushed it a few times. Funny.
I know it is immature, but I was laughing when it happened, and then later when we were all outside arguing in the street, his head all wet.
Just funny. What a night!

no , if I ever did that to anyone id expect him to come back and try to stab me with a knife, well thats what I would do. Its only funny in movies , in real life men have pride , and some will kill for it, so dont pull a move like that , unless you are prepared to face the consequences , because I doubt that will be the end of it, ask yourself would you take that? I would be prepared to spend time in jail if someone ever did that to me.

OF COURSE. SWIRLIES ARE THE GREATEST. I have given out 3 in my day. to two of my friends little brothers and one to my friend. We were trying to give the kid a swirlie, but the toilet was too narrow, so we had to carry him up 2 flights of stairs to find a better toilet and then gave him a swirlie.
